Paul Theuerkauf, D.P.T.

Paul received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Grand Valley State University in 2010. After traveling for three years as a licensed contract physical therapist focusing primarily on outpatient orthopedic he was accepted into the University of Michigan Health Systems Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program where he will receive his orthopedic specialist training. He has accumulated continuing education in spinal stabilization, peripheral joint mobilization and manipulation, and management of running injuries. His interests include strength and conditioning primarily of the athletic population as he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credentialed through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Additional interests include manual therapy and neuromuscular inhibition. Paul's goals for the future include completing a fellowship in spinal manual therapy or movement dysfunction and becoming a mentor in a residency or fellowship program, or developing an accredited physical therapy residency.
